Travel Support Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Travel Support Manager located in Kyiv City, Ukraine, with the flexibility to work from home. 

Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience with GDS systems.

• 2+ years of work experience with Airline Ticketing.

• Experience in Business Travel Management and Corporate Group Travel coordination.

• Experience with GTS - Global Travel Service, a tourism data and analytics provider.

• Skills in booking air, hotel, rail, and car travel.

• Proficiency in consulting on travel policies and optimising travel budgets.

• Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills.

• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.

• Proficiency in travel management software and tools.

• Fluency in English and Ukrainian; additional languages are a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
