Travel Operations Associate (Співробітник з організації подорожей)

LLC SATGURU TRAVEL AND TOURS SERVICE - Ukrainian branch of the world-renowned travel management company Satguru Travels, which offers a full range of services in the field of corporate and business travel. Satguru Travels is a group of multinational travel agencies specializing in providing reliable, effective, and customized solutions in the field of travel and event organization. In view of business expansion, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Travel Operations Associate in Kyiv, Ukraine.

This role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our travel services. You will coordinate bookings, liaise with suppliers, support customers, and ensure that all operations and logistics run efficiently to deliver exceptional travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and confirm travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transfers, tours, etc.)

• Monitor booking pipelines and ensure deadlines and payment schedules are met

• Maintain up-to-date travel documentation and client itineraries

• Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergency issues

• Support travel consultants and sales team with operational logistics

• Use reservation systems and booking platforms (relevant training will be provided by your team)

• Track and optimize operational workflows for efficiency and accuracy

• Maintain accurate customer and booking data

• Prepare and deliver final travel documents to clients

Key Requirements

• Fluency in Ukrainian (spoken and written)
• English - Intermediate level or higher (in-person and virtual communication with Country Director, Partners, Suppliers, files preparation)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to handling tasks
• Customer-service oriented mindset
• Tech-savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, experience with travel booking systems
