Job description

The Director of Studies is a key member of the Senior Management Team, reporting directly to the CEO. The main role is to monitor, evaluate, and develop the curriculum, teaching methods, reporting and recording procedures, and assessment practices of the school. Quality control and assessment management are also essential aspects of the role. 

Responsibilities:

• Implement initiatives and practices to enhance the learning experiences provided to clients.
• Act as a key point of contact for all customers regarding the quality of educational services.
• Effectively manage and support staff.
• Conduct full inductions of center staff, utilizing Empire storage materials.
• Manage online platforms and analytics.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Higher education in pedagogy, linguistics, or English philology.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar position.
• Certifications are a significant advantage.
• Previous experience working with corporate clients.
