Customer Support Representative

A dynamic startup company based in Cyprus is seeking to hire a Customer Support Representative to join our rapidly expanding team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Verification of accounts in accordance with internal policies and procedures
Inspection and approval of KYC documents, both for individuals and for legal entities
Dealing with client inquiries, making sure that clients' requests are handled properly by the support team or any relevant department.
Communication with clients
Run electronic verification via compliance software
What we're looking for:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high fluency in English (Must)
Very good knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office tools
Capacity to work under pressure and with strict deadlines
Strong sense of professionalism, organizational and analytical skills
Highly motivated individual
Team player
Available to work shift base model (Mon – Fri, last shift finishes at 23:00)
