Job Title: Head of Growth / Lead Generation Operations Director About Lumina
Lumina is a global marketing agency specializing in Web3, crypto, and high-growth tech brands. We run large-scale campaigns for startups, tokens, and tech companies — helping them reach millions of users worldwide through cutting-edge marketing, content, and community strategies.
We're now looking for a Head of Growth (Lead Generation Operations Director) to take full ownership of our inbound and outbound lead generation systems — managing staff, automations, data pipelines, and performance metrics.
Role Overview
You'll be responsible for building and optimizing the entire lead generation engine of Lumina. From data sourcing and outreach to CRM automation and funnel analytics, you will ensure that every part of the system runs seamlessly — driving qualified leads for the agency at scale.
Responsibilities
Build, manage, and optimize Lumina's complete lead generation ecosystem.
Manage a small remote team of lead generation specialists and virtual assistants.
Oversee all tools and workflows: Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Lemlist, etc.
Maintain clean and structured CRM data for accurate tracking and reporting.
Design and execute outbound outreach strategies across email, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Develop lead scoring systems and qualification processes.
Manage campaign tracking, analytics dashboards, and monthly performance reports.
Identify bottlenecks in lead flow and continuously improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with the CEO and sales team to align lead generation targets with revenue goals.
Research new software, AI tools, and automation systems to optimize performance.
Requirements
Perfect written and spoken English — this is non-negotiable.
Proven experience in B2B lead generation or growth marketing , ideally in an agency or SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of CRM systems , outbound automation, and campaign management.
Experience managing remote teams and multiple tools simultaneously.
Strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with data tools (Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, Zapier) and outbound platforms.
Comfortable working in fast-moving, performance-driven environments.
Nice to Have
Experience in Web3, SaaS, or digital agency lead generation.
Knowledge of paid media or content marketing funnels.
Basic understanding of analytics (GA4, HubSpot reports, Looker Studio).
