We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Internal Recruiting/Resourcing Specialist who is interested in starting a career in recruitment and talent management within the IT industry. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and supporting internal career mobility while working alongside an experienced and collaborative team.

Requirements

• A strong interest in recruitment, HR, or IT talent management
• Basic understanding or curiosity about the IT industry (especially software development)
• Willingness to learn sourcing techniques and internal resourcing processes
• Confident spoken and written English (Intermediate level or above preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
• A proactive, flexible attitude and a team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn how to maintain candidate databases and support reporting tasks
  
  
  

Job responsibilities

• Learn to review internal candidate profiles and assist in matching them with relevant open roles
• Help coordinate interviews and track progress between candidates and hiring teams
• Participate in preparing and delivering feedback to candidates
• Support the team in keeping internal systems and reports up to date
• Work closely with experienced team members to learn the full internal recruitment cycle
• Assist in fulfilling staffing needs across different projects and teams
