Amadeus Travel Consultant (Bilingual)

Type: Full-Time | Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 (with occasional availability outside standard hours)

We are now looking for a highly skilled Amadeus Travel Consultant (Bilingual) to join our expert aviation team and ensure smooth, efficient, and client-focused ticketing operations.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle ticket issuance, reissues, refunds, and exchanges using the Amadeus GDS system
  
  

• Assist with complex itineraries and multi-stop bookings for business and leisure travelers
  
  

• Process fare calculations and apply published/unpublished fares in compliance with airline policies
  
  

• Manage special service requests (SSR), including extra baggage, seat selection, meal preferences, and more
  
  

• Monitor PNRs for schedule changes, accuracy, and payment deadlines
  
  

• Provide airfare options and travel solutions tailored to the client’s budget and needs
  
  

• Stay updated with airline policies, route changes, and industry regulations
  
  

• Collaborate with the back office and accounting teams to ensure accurate documentation and payment reconciliation
  
  

 Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of Amadeus GDS (mandatory)
  
  

• Upper-Intermediate English + fluency in Ukrainian or Russian
  
  

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in air ticketing within a travel agency or concierge environment
  
  

• Strong understanding of fare construction, IATA codes, and airline rules
  
  

• High attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines and multiple priorities
  
  

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  
  

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  
  

• Experience with high-end clientele or luxury travel is a plus
