Senior Python Developer

We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer to join a project focused on developing an internal service responsible for extracting and propagating data across various systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python (primary)
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs to support internal data workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data propagation.
• Implement microservices following best practices in scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployment processes.
• Contribute to the evolution of system design and architecture for long-term maintainability.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python (mandatory)
• Solid understanding of data structures, distributed systems, and system design.
• Experience with RESTful API development.
• Knowledge of Django or Flask.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL and/or Cassandra databases.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins (or similar CI/CD tools), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with AWS or another major cloud provider.
• Background in microservices architecture.

• Good knowledge of Java.
• Knowledge of Spring Boot
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Understanding of ETL processes.
