Junior AP Accounting Analyst with knowledge of French

You are:

• Prior experience (2+ years) in Accounting/Finance/Procurement or other related fields preferred;
• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics preferred;  
• English (Strong Intermediate level);
• Proven experience in stakeholder and communication management
• French (Intermediate level)
• Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel, Power BI and SAP
• Analytical skills 
• Presentation skills
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Good attention to detail
• Pro-active and flexible attitude/Team player
• Ability to take responsibility/ownership

With you we will:

• Coordinate operational AP activities and provide support to internal and external stakeholders within the range of account payable scope
• Act as Market AP Supervisor and make decisions for issue resolution on behalf of Market
• Prepare reports with further analysis and problem solving
• Perform vendor open items cleansing  
• Process tasks of Market AP Supervisor parked WF
• Manage refunds and returns from suppliers  
• Supervise and execute Down payment process
• Act independently and in line with company policies/compliance rules 
• Drive process improvement through standardization, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Create KPIs and follow up trends, prepare root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving
• Facilitate meetings with partners
• Substitute Senior Specialist when it's needed
