Field Internal Trainer

Location: Major cities across Ukraine
Position Overview
Recruiting Group Pharma, a leading recruitment partner for international pharmaceutical companies, is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Field Internal Trainer to support the professional development of field teams across Ukraine.
The successful candidate will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enhance employees’ competencies and ensure alignment with the company’s values, standards, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field and classroom training sessions for medical representatives and other field personnel.
Identify learning needs and design effective training programs tailored to business priorities.
Develop and adapt training materials, presentations, and manuals in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Monitor and assess training effectiveness through follow-ups, evaluations, and performance feedback.
Support onboarding and continuous education of field staff.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products, market trends, and compliance standards.
Collaborate with managers to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Candidate Requirements
Higher education (Pharmaceutical or Medical degree is an advantage).
Minimum 1 year of experience in staff training within a pharmaceutical company, as a Trainer or Regional Manager (RM).
Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
Strong command of MS Office (especially PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license required.
In-depth understanding of the market, clients, and ethical industry standards.
Proven ability to design and deliver effective training approaches and materials.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
High learning agility, flexibility, initiative, and strong result orientation.
