About The Role
The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating support operations, ensuring that customer service and internal support teams are properly trained and maintain high service quality standards. This role covers the implementation of continuous improvement strategies to optimize operational efficiency. It also oversees workforce planning, ensuring resources are aligned with business demands.
Education
Professional degree in Information Technology Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Preferably with additional studies in administrative management, project management, information systems, or languages, among others.

About The Role

Education

- Minimum 3 years of experience in roles related to operational or administrative support.
- Knowledge in supervising and optimizing operational processes.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Power BI, and information management systems.

- Skilled in managing and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven experience in internal support, customer service, or workforce management.
