Office Administrator

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator to join our studio in Kyiv. You will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff have adequate support to work efficiently.

The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and energetic. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our studio!

What will you do?

• Provide administration support to other staff and different teams as required.
• Work with incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Compile internal weekly reports.
• Being the first point of contact for visitors, while providing high-quality customer service.
• Keep the reception area/boardroom and kitchen clean and tidy.
• Help coordinate any building or facilities maintenance, both in person and over the phone.
• Confidence in coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Maintaining the presentation of the office.
• Organize the office space efficiently.
  
  

What are we looking for?

• A positive can-do attitude. Someone who shows initiative and an energetic approach to their work, with a strong focus on teamwork.
• A confident and reliable person with strong organizational abilities.
• 2 years of experience in the same position.
• Excellent PC skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• Accuracy anda high degree of attention to detail.
• Time management skills.
• Upper Intermediate English.

• Onsite.
