Employer Branding Specialist

Hi there! We are looking for a talented and proactive Employer Branding Specialist to join our team and help us make HYS Enterprise an employer of choice!

Requirements:
— Minimum 2 years of experience in Brand/HR,  Marketing/PR;
— Deep knowledge and understanding of Employer Branding principles and practices;
— Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
— Experience in organizing and running events;
— Creative thinking and ability to adapt ideas to internal needs and event goals;
— Communication skills – basic copywriting, preparation of short notes, presentations;
— Diplomacy, decency, and strong interpersonal skills;
— Team player;
— English proficiency Upper-Intermediate or above.

Will be a big plus:
— Understanding of the IT market;
— Higher education in Marketing, Journalism, or PR.

Responsibilities:
— Brand Strategy
Help us shape and grow our employer brand — plan, launch, and track creative initiatives that make HYS stand out;
Stay on top of market trends and bring the best branding ideas to life.
— Internal Branding & Culture
Boost team spirit and engagement through internal events, wellbeing weeks, and ambassador programs;
Create meaningful communication that connects people and strengthens our culture.
— Communications & PR
Keep everyone informed and inspired with engaging updates, newsletters, and announcements;
Build media partnerships and ensure HYS is seen as a great place to work.
— SMM & Digital Branding
Run our social media presence with content that celebrates our people, culture, and expertise;
Turn everyday team stories into authentic, creative digital campaigns.
