Junior Associate/Associate (Life Sciences & Healthcare)

We invite you to join the Arzinger team for the Junior Associate/Associate position.

Responsibilities:

• providing legal support to Life Sciences & Healthcare, Food and Beverage companies on issues arising at the Ukrainian and international levels;
• drafting necessary documents (memoranda, legal opinions, agreements, position papers, contracts etc.);
• communication with clients, preparation of commercial offers;
• PR activity (legal alerts, newsletters, publications, comments, presentations etc.);
• monitoring legislative changes and court practice;
• general legal support for projects of the practice.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• advanced level of English is obligatory;
• university degree in Law;
• experience in advising on Ukrainian and international issues will be an advantage;
• knowledge of the basic concepts of Life Sciences & Healthcare, Food and Beverage regulation will be an advantage;
• critical legal thinking and intellectual curiosity;
• strong attention to details, excellent time management skills;
• ability to work with extensive volumes of information under tight deadlines.
