Senior RPA Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior RPA Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to the assessment and transformation of operational processes.

This role emphasizes evaluating existing operational workflows, gathering and validating business requirements, and delivering high-quality outputs to enable effective process automation projects.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze operational metrics such as ticket volumes, resolution times, and cost data
• Document existing workflows and organizational structures
• Prepare for and take notes during stakeholder interviews
• Gather and validate business requirements from various stakeholder groups
• Create comprehensive documentation for current state analysis and gap identification
• Develop data visualizations and metrics dashboards to support insights
• Conduct a comparative review between current operations and GIO objectives
• Compile research findings and supporting data for actionable recommendations
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and maintain data accuracy

Requirements

• Business analysis and process documentation experience (3+ years)
• Skills in data collection, evaluation, and visualization
• Background in stakeholder engagement and requirements elicitation
• Familiarity with IT operations metrics, including KPIs
• Proficiency in producing clear and detailed documentation
• English level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication
