Role: Accounts Payable Analyst (Бухгалтер)

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine

This role is not eligible for relocation.

Overview

This role involves handling daily transactions and reconciling accounts. The position provides an opportunity to optimize processes, support strategic decision-making, and impact the overall efficiency of the finance department.

Responsibilities

• Provision of accounting and tax accounting of accounts payable (raw materials/services);
• Ensure the reception, maintenance and control of relevant documentation;.
• Control of incoming tax invoices;.
• Keep a register of tax invoices in the tax credit part;.
• Prepare relevant reporting to statistical authorities;.
• Control and registration of tax invoices/adjustment calculations in the MEDoc program in terms of tax liabilities;.
  
  

Experience You’ll Bring

• Higher education: accounting and auditing; finance; economy;
• Work experience in a similar position: 2−3 years;
• MS Office, MEDoc; knowledge of the SAP system SAP and Comarch will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of English at pre-intermediate level and above;
• Personal qualities: accuracy, responsibility, analytical mindset.

• Full time (9:00 AM to 6 PM)
• Physical demands (If applicable) – hybrid schedule for the period of martial law
