We’re looking for an ASO Manager to lead our app marketing strategy across all global markets. Since Taimi is predominantly an app-based business, App Store marketing is at the heart of what we do. Reporting directly to the Head of Brand, you’ll play a key role in driving organic downloads and expanding our reach worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop best-in-class ASO strategies for both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Collaborate with the Localization team to ensure translations and metadata are effective across regions.
• Work closely with the Design team to create and optimize app store assets (icons, screenshots, previews).
• Partner with the Analytics team to design and implement data-driven strategies.
• Act as the main point of contact for Product and Engineering regarding App Store updates and optimizations.
• Create a strategic roadmap for A/B and multivariate testing (MVT).
• Monitor performance and own reporting for all App Store marketing activities.

• A solid understanding of how the App Store and Google Play algorithms work.
• Insight into the key ranking factors across both stores.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
