MS Dynamics CRM Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Solution Architect to join our team and lead the design and implementation of solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

The role involves collaborating closely with business stakeholders to review, streamline, and optimize business processes while balancing technical capabilities against business needs and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Integrate services from Azure Cloud with a focus on automation and integration capabilities
• Work with cross-functional teams in a Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Analyze and convert business requirements into technical specifications
• Provide guidance and technical leadership to development teams
• Maintain adherence to industry standards and best practices, especially in the Financial Services sector
• Recommend and evaluate third-party solutions like Wealth Dynamix to augment system functionalities

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Dynamics Architect or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Capability to work with Dynamics Modules, preferably Sales and Customer Service
• Background in Azure Cloud services, focusing on integration and automation
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools
• Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile development methodologies
• Preferably knowledgeable in the Financial Services domain
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to function effectively in a team setting

Nice to have

• Previous experience with Wealth Dynamix
• Advanced certifications in Microsoft Dynamics or Azure Cloud services
• Proficiency in additional Dynamics Modules like Marketing or Field Service
