Position: Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for motivated and skilled individuals to join our Customer Support team. This role involves providing outstanding service to our European clients in Czech, with a preference for candidates who also speak one or more of the following languages:

• Czech

Key Responsibilities:

    •    Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in Czech

 (and additional languages, if applicable).

    •    Assist customers with orders, returns, and product inquiries.

    •    Handle issues professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

    •    Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex cases.

    •    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements:

    •    Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken).

    •    Proficiency in one or more additional languages listed above is a strong advantage.

    •    Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

    •    Experience in customer service or e-commerce is preferred but not required.
