We’re looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our client’s US-based logistics team. No experience? No worries — full training is provided from day one!

What you’ll do:
- Communicate with US-based clients and drivers via phone & email.
- Control over the shipping process.
- Timely provision of feedback for the client.
- Processing of emails and prompt resolution of the related issues.
- CRM system control.
What we’re looking for:
- English level from B2.
- Eagerness to learn & grow in global logistics.
- Strong communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

- Working Hours Options: 15:00—01:00, 5/2 (in-office from 3 PM to 9 PM, then remote until 1 AM); OR 21:00—07:00 4/4 night schedule.
