Marketplace Brand Manager (Amazon)

We are currently looking for a Marketplace Brand Manager for Leaply.
We are Leaply, an ecosystem of digital and physical products designed to help people build healthy habits and improve their quality of life. We operate in global markets — the US, Tier 1, Europe, and beyond.
In June of last year, we launched an app focused on habit-building, using a subscription-based monetization model and a performance-first marketing approach (Meta, Google, TikTok). Within the first two months, we achieved positive unit economics and are now on track to grow 10x by the end of the year.
Our team is building its third business together, with successful exits behind us and a deep understanding of our niche and target audience. We move fast, communicate openly, and set ambitious goals.
We are now launching our e-commerce direction and looking for our first Marketplace Brand Manager — someone who will build and lead our Amazon direction from scratch and eventually expand it across other marketplaces.
This is not just an operational role. It’s an opportunity to become a key player in shaping our entire marketplace strategy: influencing product launches, driving marketing positioning, building our brand presence in the US market, and directly impacting company revenue.
You will own the full cycle — from SKU launches and competitor analysis to A+, PPC, unit economics, and inventory management. We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid of responsibility, thinks like an owner, and wants to build a category-defining best-seller in wellness.
This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage, become the leader of a new strategic direction, and leave your mark on a global product.
What you’ll do:
— Go-to-Market Execution: plan and execute launches and lifecycle strategies;
— Product Ownership: own the end-to-end product strategy, including market research, differentiation, positioning, and pricing; identify opportunities for new products or portfolio adjustments based on data, competition, and trends;
— Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape;
— Brief and guide — listings, A+, ad assets, brand storytelling;
— Track KPIs and use insights to improve conversion, retention, and profitability;
— Coordinate cross-functional execution — Supply, PPC, Design, Finance;
— Problem-solving management for sellers accounts and product pages;
— Manage day-to-day Seller Central operations, such as inventory management, order tracking and forecasting.
This role is for you if...
— You’ve already launched products on marketplaces — and can tell us what worked;
— You have 2+ years of Amazon experience: communicating with seller support, inventory management, reports, managing product reviews/seller feedback and optimizing product listings;
— You thrive on product ownership and take full responsibility for success;
— You love digging into customer needs, reviews, and behavioral insights;
— You think in terms of positioning, lifecycle, contribution margin, and unit economics;
— You have experience aligning PPC, design, supply, and marketing for launches;
— You’re confident briefing creatives and shaping brand narratives;
— You are analytical, solution-oriented, and thrive under dynamic priorities;
— You’re excited about building a best-seller — and not afraid of the responsibility;
— You communicate clearly and can present ideas to teams and leadership;
— English proficiency at B1+ level (we’re actively building a global team and hiring internationally);
— You manage your time like a pro — juggling deadlines, launches, and priorities
