Position: Travel Agent

We are looking for an experienced Travel Agent with strong expertise in flight bookings, ticket issuance, and reissues. The role is fully remote and requires daily communication in English. You will support partners worldwide as part of our international operations team.

Responsibilities

• Process flight bookings, ticket issuance, reissue & exchange

• Support travel agencies with current bookings and post-sales requests

• Coordinate complex trips (flights, hotels, transfers, etc.)

• Ensure accuracy in reservations and follow internal procedures

• Communicate with partners and suppliers via email and phone

Requirements

• Proven experience with flight reservations and ticketing

• Knowledge of at least one GDS (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and ability to manage high information flow

• Fluent English (spoken & written)

• Stable internet connection and ability to work full-time remotely
