Accounting Operations Team Lead

Full-time on site/hybrid (Lviv) or remote (countrywide employment)

You are:  

• University degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/International economic relations etc. 

• A professional with solid knowledge in Finance and Accounting 

• Experienced in people management 

• Strong in leadership skills 

• Adaptable to change and cope in fast-paced environment 

• Strong in communication and presentation skills 

• Confident in English on at least Upper-Intermediate level 

With you we will:  

• Manage and develop the team through regular communication, coaching, training and evaluation sessions 

• Ensure sustainable performance of Finance and Accounting function and providing high standard services 

• Work on implementation of R2R/IBS plans and objectives, in line with general company strategy  

•  Manage internal business partners' needs through regular communication, issue resolution and common priorities execution 

•  Support on implementation of different projects across Markets/Internal Business Partners  

•  Ensure compliance according to Nestle practices for Finance and Accounting processes
