The HR Business Partner, Ukraine, is a highly motivated and experienced professional who strategically supports Admixer Advertising's operations across the Ukrainian market. This pivotal role acts as a strategic partner to local business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational performance and employee engagement within Ukraine, with a particular focus on the Admixer Products. This position is instrumental in fostering a positive and productive work environment, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, and contributing to the overall success of the company's local operations.
The strategic objectives for this role are to:
Drive Local Talent Acquisition & Retention: Attract, hire, and retain top talent across the local market to build a robust talent pipeline.
Cultivate Performance & Leadership: Foster a high-performance culture and cultivate strong leadership capabilities across all local teams.
Ensure Organizational Effectiveness & Change Leadership: Partner with local leaders on organizational design and effectively manage strategic change initiatives within Ukraine.
Build Organizational Resilience and Well-being: Strategically implement programs and policies that promote employee mental health, physical safety, and organizational continuity across the distributed workforce model
Enable Data-Driven HR & Compliance: Leverage HR analytics for strategic insights and ensure HR operations are compliant and efficient according to Ukrainian law.
Engagement & Cultural Stewardship: Champion Admixer culture and drive high employee engagement, balancing business needs with employee experience to build cohesive local teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate closely with local leadership and managers to understand their business priorities and translate them into effective HR strategies and solutions for the Ukrainian market.
Talent Acquisition & Organizational Design: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and attract top talent, focusing exclusively on the staffing needs of the Ukrainian market. Support local onboarding processes and collaborate with hiring managers on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives. Actively engage with business leaders to shape organizational design and role structures.
Performance Management: Drive a high-performance culture by advising on performance management processes, goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and disciplinary actions in accordance with Ukrainian labor regulations and Admixer Advertising's policy.
Employee Relations & Conflict Management: Provide expert guidance and support on complex employee relations issues, including proactive conflict prevention and effective resolution, grievances, and investigations, ensuring fair and consistent application of Admixer Advertising's policies across the local context.
Compensation & Benefits: Work with the Compensation & Benefits team to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures and benefit programs aligned with local Ukrainian market practices and Admixer Advertising's strategy.
Organizational Development: Support organizational design, change management, and workforce planning initiatives to adapt to evolving business needs and market conditions within Ukraine.
Learning & Development: Identify training needs and collaborate with L&D specialists to implement programs that enhance employee skills, capabilities, and career growth relevant to Admixer Advertising's goals and the local market.
HR Policy & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all Ukrainian labor laws, regulations, and Admixer Advertising's policies. Advise on best practices to minimize legal risks.
Data & Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and propose data-driven solutions to improve HR effectiveness and business outcomes.
Cultural Stewardship & Employer Branding: Act as a champion for Admixer Advertising's culture, promoting our values and fostering an inclusive and engaging environment. Lead and contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding strategies at the country level.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred.
[5+] years of progressive HR experience, with at least [3+] years in an HR Business Partner role supporting the Ukrainian market.
Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee relations, compensation, employer branding, and conflict resolution within the local context.
Strong, in-depth understanding of Ukrainian labor laws and HR practices is mandatory.
Proficiency in HR platforms and systems, such as PeopleForce, HiBob, or similar HRIS/HRM tools.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
Certification in Business Coaching and Mentoring is a strong advantage.
Fluency in Ukrainian and Professional Working Proficiency in English (B2/C1).
