International lawyer (iGaming/Banking)

 What we’re looking for:

• Law degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in international legal practice.
• Experience working in complicated industries (iGaming, fintech, digital).
• Ability to independently manage projects from task to result.
• Understanding of incorporation, KYC, AML, and other compliance specifics.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
• Experience with iGaming licensing is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience with PSP/EMI interaction is a must.

 Responsibilities:

• Full cycle of incorporating foreign companies (EU, UK, offshore, Asia).
• Opening bank and EMI accounts (classic banking and fintech platforms).
• Connecting PSP providers.
• Assisting in the iGaming licensing process, including B2B/B2C registrations.
• Supporting and structuring client businesses in iGaming and HiTech niches.
• Communication with registrars, payment systems, banks, and government agencies.
• Participation in building the company’s internal knowledge base and legal standards.
