Grants Manager

 Position Overview: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Grant Manager to join our Ukrainian team. You will play a crucial role in identifying, securing, and managing grant opportunities for Ukrainian SMEs and big businesses. This position requires a deep understanding of grant mechanisms, excellent project management skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grant Identification & Research: Continuously monitor and analyze available funding opportunities from national and international sources, including EU programs, donor banks, government grants,  NGOs, Ukrainian organizations, and international investors.
• Grant Application Management: Lead the preparation, writing, and submission of high-quality grant applications, ensuring compliance with all requirements and maximizing success rates.
• Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, international organizations, donor institutions, clients and internal teams.
• Market Intelligence: Maintain deep expertise in Ukraine's funding landscape, tracking policy changes, new programs, and emerging opportunities.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all grant applications and client deliverables meet EPSA's high standards of professionalism and quality.
• Compliance: Ensure all grant activities comply with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on grant success rates, funding secured, and client satisfaction metrics.

 Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Higher education in economics, finance, business administration, international relations, or related field.
• Experience: At least 4 years of proven experience in securing grants from ineternational donors. 
• Grant Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the national and international funding landscape in Ukraine (grants, subsidies, aid programs). Deep understanding of Ukrainian and international funding mechanisms, grant procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Ukrainian and English(at least C1).
• Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinking and the ability to identify market development opportunities. Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail
