Junior Legal and Compliance Specialist (Kyiv)

Full-time on site/hybrid (Kyiv) or remote (countrywide employment)

You are:  

• A person with a university degree in the field of Law 
• Experienced in contractual work - would be an advantage
• Precise and accurate  
• Excellent logical, analytical and time-management skills 
• Adaptable to change and cope in a fast-paced environment 
• Skilled in MS Office
• A great communicator and a team player 
• Confident in English on at least Upper Intermediate level   

With you we will:  

• Ensure compliance
• Execute legal review of intellectual property content
• Conclude contracts and support contract management cycle
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, partners and third parties solutions providers from all over the globe
• Benchmark and prepare КРІs (Key Performance Indicators) 
• Take part and initiate projects for improvement of existing processes using problem-solving methodologies
