Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join us at Sii Ukraine.

Your core mission will be to connect Sii’s ambitious projects and Ukraine’s top talent. You will build strategic partnerships between the Hiring Managers across the business and the Ukrainian recruitment department. You will deliver candidates for our range of technical and non-technical roles by delivering excellent candidate experience. You will also actively innovate and propose process improvements. You will be equipped with some of the best recruitment tools – CRM full of features and automations, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI and job portals. We will invest in any new tools you know and recommend.

Your tasks

• Carrying out recruitment processes for IT, engineering, and BPO international projects
• Sourcing candidates from Ukraine, using various techniques and all available recruitment tools
• Proactively build relationships with Hiring Managers within Sii to expand project opportunities for Sii Ukraine
• Conducting screenings and recruitment interviews with candidates
• Taking care of current recruitment needs, defining required profiles in cooperation with Hiring Managers
• Building positive relations with candidates and maintaining positive Candidate Experience at the highest level during the whole recruitment process
• Taking part in the development of internal recruitment tools and finding new solutions that aim at improving the recruitment process
• Supporting employer branding activities and marketing campaigns to reach out to candidates from the market
  
  

Requirements

• Professional experience in the area of recruitment
• Positive energy in building relationships with Hiring Managers
• Excellent organization of work and professional approach to daily tasks
• Proactive approach, always being on the lookout for new hiring opportunities
• Creativity, enthusiasm for finding new solutions and alternative sources of candidates
• Desire to win
• Fluent in Ukrainian with good level of English
• Tax residence in Ukraine is required
