Sales Executive

Our client is a fast-growing Dutch manufacturer of high-performance drone batteries that extend UAV flight time by 30–100%. With active operations across Europe, the USA, and Ukraine, the company is expanding its presence in Ukraine to support local partnerships and drive sales of advanced battery solutions that strengthen UAV capabilities and European security.
Responsibilities:
Research target markets and generate leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.
Own the full sales pipeline: prospecting, outreach, negotiation, and closing.
Manage and track opportunities in HubSpot CRM.
Prepare sales proposals and presentations (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
Represent the company at demos, meetings, and industry events.
Identify inefficiencies and contribute to improving sales processes.
Requirements:
Fluency in Ukrainian and English.
Strong interest in sales and business development (sales experience is an advantage).
Technical mindset or background (experience with drones is an advantage).
Proactive, curious, and open attitude.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, execution-driven startup environment.
Strong motivation to make an impact in Ukraine.
Willingness to travel within Ukraine.
