We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Recruitment Specialist who is interested in starting a career in recruitment and talent management within the IT industry. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening and hunting while working alongside an experienced and collaborative team.

Requirements

• A strong interest in recruitment, HR, or IT talent management
• Basic understanding or curiosity about the IT industry (especially software development)
• Willingness to learn sourcing techniques and internal recruitment processes
• Confident spoken and written English (Intermediate level or above)
• Swedish is nice to have skill
• Good communication, self-management and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
• A proactive, flexible attitude and a team-oriented mindset
  
  
  

Job responsibilities

• Colaboration with candidates, internal departments, recruitment teams
• Help coordinate interviews and track progress between candidates and hiring teams
• Participate in preparing and delivering feedback to candidates
• Support the team in keeping internal systems and reports up to date
