Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing
• Prepare, verify, and process employee payroll on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, annual leave, overtime, bonuses, reimbursements etc.
• Maintain payroll schedules and ensure on-time disbursement of payments.
• Compliance & Reporting
• Ensure payroll complies with tax laws and labour regulations.
• Prepare and file payroll tax reports (e.g., quarterly/annual filings).
• Maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Employee Data Management and Military Records
• Set up and maintain employee payroll records, including tax withholdings, deductions, and benefits.
• Process new hires, terminations, and changes in employee status.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain military registration records and support employee reservation processes.
• Accounting & Reconciliation
• Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve variances.
• Record payroll journal entries and ensure proper general ledger posting.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Benefits & Deductions Administration
• Process deductions such as health insurance and other withholdings.
• Coordinate with HR and benefits providers to ensure accurate deductions.
• System Management
• Maintain payroll systems and perform regular updates.
• Troubleshoot payroll system issues and coordinate with software vendors when needed.
• Generate payroll reports for management and finance teams.
  
  

About You

You are a detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive accounting professional who is comfortable working with numbers, documentation, and structured processes. You take ownership of your tasks, value accuracy, and consistently meet deadlines. You can manage routine accounting tasks while also supporting more complex processes under the guidance of the Chief Accountant. You communicate clearly, maintain confidentiality, and enjoy working as part of a supportive and collaborative team. You are motivated to learn, open to feedback, and eager to contribute to the high standards of financial management at CMS.

We Will Consider Candidates Who

• Hold a higher education degree in Accounting or Finance
• Have 4+ years of experience in payroll processing and employee data and documents management; experience in an international company is a strong advantage.
• (Beneficial) Have certification, experience, or knowledge related to military registration and military booking requirements.
• Have English language proficiency at B1–B2 level.
• Are familiar with accounting software (1C/BAS) and comfortable working with Excel and other modern tools.
• Are adaptable, open to learning CMS internal procedures, and motivated to grow professionally within an international environment.
