Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Java Backend Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for backend development of an innovative mobile application that enables seamless remote interaction with vehicles. The application allows users to monitor vehicle status and perform remote actions such as locking/unlocking doors, controlling climate settings, and more. Requirements

• Experience with recent versions of Java, Kotlin; Spring Boot
• Knowledge of OpenAPI, REST API, GraphQL implementation.
• Ability to analyze and solve issues independently (business-related bugs, build issues, tests failing locally, etc)
• Skills in debugging Java / Kotlin applications.
• Experience with creation of unit and integration tests.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, diligent – delivering code only after it has been properly (locally) tested by the developer.
• Knowledge of Gradle, git, SonarQube, and JFrog Artifactory.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD build processes.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  
  
  

Job responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services for vehicle remote interaction using Java and Kotlin.
• Design and implement REST API and GraphQL endpoints, utilizing OpenAPI and Swagger UI.
• Implement comprehensive tests (unit, integration) and ensure thorough local testing before delivery.
• Suggest technical solutions, improvements and alternative approaches to enhance the project.
• Manage CI/CD processes using Gradle and Azure DevOps.
• Ensure code quality through SonarQube.
