We are looking for motivated and skilled individuals to join our Customer Support team. This role involves providing outstanding service to our European clients in Czech

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in Czech.
• Assist customers with orders, returns, and product inquiries.
• Handle issues professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex cases.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

• Fluency in Czech B2-C1 (both written and spoken).
