Office Manager

Responsibilities

• Office operations management: ordering office supplies, water, equipment; ensuring cleanliness and comfort in the office.
• Communication with vendors (cleaning, rent, suppliers).
• Internal communication (company chats, announcements, employee greetings).
• Participation in marketing activities.
• Organization of internal events: team buildings, business trips, gifts, merch, holiday activities.
• Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Supporting accounting: primary documentation, invoices.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
• Basic understanding of office processes (procurement, documentation flow, event organization).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• English level — A2 or higher.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with different stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail and ability to notice small but important things.
• Ability to handle unstructured tasks and prioritize effectively.
