About Us

UMO is a stealth-mode FinTech venture aiming to evolve the way people experience money by building a unified, AI-powered, yet deeply human modern money platform across fiat, crypto, and investments - subject to regulatory approvals. The platform is being designed to break down traditional barriers to money across access, assets, and experience, enabling simpler, more adaptive ways for people to interact with financial services.

We are currently developing our MVP and navigating licensing requirements, with a multidisciplinary team of 100+ people representing 20+ nationalities. With our headquarters in the UAE and offices in Portugal and Ukraine, we are united behind a shared ambition and a relentless focus on serving our customers


What You'll Do

As a part of our team, you’ll help us shape a platform that works for One - a business owner, an artist, a freelancer. We focus on individuals, and we don’t confuse growth with treating people like numbers. Always staying simple. Always being human.

We expect you to design and execute outreach strategies, write messages that feel real (not automated), and create connections that actually matter.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Backlink Strategy: Conduct backlink profile audits, including sentiment analysis and identification of growth opportunities.
  • Profile Scaling: Build and scale link profiles. Occasionally, you’ll support the CMO with outreach to potential partners such as KOLs, agencies, and others.
  • PR Link Building: Execute PR link building: secure placements on authoritative platforms, work with ratings and directories (e.g., Trustpilot), manage press releases, news hooks, and engage with local and niche communities.
  • Strategic Implementation: Develop and implement long-term link building strategies, defining priorities and the overall logic of profile growth.
  • Quality Control: Coordinate with webmasters and oversee placement quality (some communication may be delegated or automated, but you remain accountable for results).
  • Database Management: Source, warm up, and grow a strong database of link donors; build a high-quality pool of placements for different use cases.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Handle reporting and analytics: track link performance and availability, build dashboards, and maintain regular reporting (Google Sheets, Looker Studio).
  • Competitor Intelligence: Analyze competitors and their link building / PR activities to identify opportunities and strengthen overall strategy.
  • Placement Qualification: Identify and qualify potential placements, including fintech influencers, crypto bloggers, stock market educators, and complementary startups.
  • Campaign Execution: Draft, personalize, and execute high-volume outreach campaigns tailored to different segments (e.g., “crypto-native” vs. “traditional dividend investor”).
  • Follow-up Management: Manage structured follow-up sequences to maximize response rates without being intrusive.
  • Optimization: Support A/B testing of subject lines and value propositions to identify what resonates best with the market.


Requirements:

  • Persuasive Writing: Ability to write clear, persuasive, and "human" emails that avoid the spam folder.
  • Domain Interest: A genuine interest in (and basic understanding of) cryptocurrency, stock market mechanics, and personal finance.
  • Persistence: A thick skin for rejection and the persistence to keep reaching out until a connection is made.
  • Tool Mastery: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and SEO Tools like Ahrefs and Buzzstream.
  • Multi-tasking: Ability to manage dozens of conversations simultaneously without losing track of details.
  • Startup Mindset: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, "build-as-you-go" startup environment where priorities can shift weekly.
  • Language Skills: Upper-Intermediate in English with understanding of Ukrainian; other languages are an advantage.
