We are looking for an experienced Head of SEO to lead and scale our SEO direction in the highly competitive iGaming niche.

This is a strategic leadership role for someone with strong technical SEO expertise, proven team management experience, and a deep understanding of SEO processes within product or affiliate teams in iGaming.

You will be responsible for protecting branded search visibility, building scalable SEO systems, automating workflows, leading a high-performing team, and driving measurable business results through experimentation and analytics.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies for iGaming projects and product portfolios
  • Protect and strengthen branded search visibility across key markets
  • Lead, manage, and scale an SEO team of 10+ specialists
  • Build efficient internal processes and automate repetitive workflows
  • Launch, monitor, and analyze SEO experiments to improve performance
  • Establish clear KPI tracking systems and performance analytics
  • Control execution quality and ensure consistent reporting across the department
  • Collaborate with product, development, content, and analytics teams to maximize SEO results
  • Drive continuous improvement of SEO operations and team efficiency



Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an SEO Team Lead in a product company or affiliate team within iGaming
  • Strong experience specifically in iGaming (experience from white niches is not considered)
  • Deep understanding of technical SEO
  • Experience managing teams of 10+ people
  • Strong experience in building analytical systems and KPI tracking
  • Proven experience in SEO experimentation and testing
  • Experience with process automation and workflow optimization
  • Basic understanding of how different traffic channels work
  • Strong системный подход to problem-solving and decision-making


Will Be a Plus

  • Practical experience with JavaScript and/or PHP
  • Experience using AI tools for SEO workflows and automation
  • Deep understanding of behavioral factors and user engagement signals
  • Experience developing scripts for automation
