We're looking for a motivated and driven Junior Manager Sales (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
About The Role
- You own and develop a diverse portfolio of sales partners across Ukraine and the Baltics
- You actively acquire new points of sale and provide support to existing ones
- You manage multiple offline distribution related channels
- You implement promotional campaigns and marketing communication for the network
- You report on the effectiveness of the activities carried out
- Your optimize your partner’s performance and help developing our internal service to facilitate their success in achieving targets and have a satisfying user experience
- You have a holistic overview of the offline sales channel, understand global efficiencies and dependencies, able to prioritize and negotiate based on local/specific needs
- You are responsible for data quality and integrity of assigned portfolio in Salesforce Sales Cloud system
- You take active part in planning and budgeting campaigns, providing portfolio-level insights and representing the needs and the behaviors of your portfolio
- You are fluent in Ukrainian and English
- You have previous experience in managing complex sales-related projects
- You are comfortable working under stress and with a remote team
- You have experience in developing and maintaining long-term commercial partnerships
- You have experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- You like working in a dynamic environment with colleagues coming from different countries and cultures
- You like challenges and understand how change can be turned into opportunities for improvement and growth
