Middle Strong/Senior Product Designer (contract)

We are looking for a Middle/Middle Strong Product Designer to join our projects.

Please note this is a project based engagement, not an inhouse position. The social package in this case (vacation, days off, sick leaves, public holidays, equipment, accounting support) isn’t covered by Selecto.

According to your experience, we will offer you one of these projects.

Position 1

Domain: Pharmacy

Project Description: It’s an online pharmacy platform in Saudi Arabia. The website offers a wide range of healthcare and wellness products, including medications, vitamins, beauty products and medical supplies.

Team composition: 2 Product Desingers, developers, PM.

Engagement Duration: 2-3 months with the possibility of prolongation

Expected Working Hours: from 9 or 10 am Kyiv time

Position 2

Domain: Fintech

Project Description: the client (from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) has an ecosystem of different financial platforms for restaurants, businesses and customers for managing, controlling and transferring their money. Currently the team works on a website redesign and also planing to add a few new pages.

Team composition: Product Designer, developers.

Engagement Duration: 2-6 months with the possibility of prolongation

Expected Working Hours: from 9 or 10 am Kyiv time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX process: discovery → wireframes → high-fidelity UI → developer handoff
• Redesign and optimize complex user journeys (onboarding, verification flows, dashboards, engagement features, etc.)
• Create scalable design systems and reusable UI components
• Design responsive web platforms and mobile-first experiences
• Build clear, structured user flows for data-heavy or workflow-based systems
• Conduct UX audits and propose usability improvements
• Ensure accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
• Design multilingual interfaces (including RTL layouts when required)
• Collaborate closely with FE developers for pixel-perfect implementation
• Participate in product discussions and contribute to product thinking
• Deliver production-ready Figma files with clean structure and documentation
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design
• Experience designing startup products
• Strong understanding of mobile UX patterns and navigation architecture
• Ability to simplify complex flows into clear step-by-step experiences
• Strong visual design skills with attention to spacing, typography, and hierarchy
• Experience building and maintaining scalable component systems
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools)
• Understanding of technical constraints in React Native environments
• Experience working closely with developers in small, agile teams

• Experience in health-tech, pharmacy or huge e-commerce
• Prior work with GCC-based clients
