Senior Learning & Development Specialist (Project Manager)

Who we are looking for

• higher education degree;
• 3+ years of experience in L&D or employee development;
• strong facilitation skills and confidence working with groups;
• proven ability to manage projects, stakeholders, and multiple priorities;
• client-focused, proactive mindset with strong communication skills;
• comfortable balancing strategic advisory and operational delivery;
• good command of Excel, PowerPoint, and modern/AI tools;
• fluent Ukrainian and English.
  
  

• act as the main L&D point of contact for business leaders, HRBPs, and Talent teams in Ukraine;
• identify and validate learning needs and translate them into relevant development solutions;
• facilitate engaging training sessions (online and in-person), e.g. communication, feedback, goal setting, presentation skills;
• coordinate end-to-end delivery of training programs (internal & external), including logistics, vendors, contracting, and administration;
• support L&D planning and monitor local training budget in line with CE guidelines;
• ensure effective rollout of the CE L&D curriculum, including local and language-specific sessions;
• promote learning opportunities and drive participation through clear communication;
• collect feedback and continuously improve learning solutions;
• contribute to local and regional L&D projects and initiatives.
