Receptionist

We are looking for a responsible and communicative Receptionist who will help maintain a welcoming office environment, ensure high-quality service for employees and visitors, and coordinate daily administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain document workflow and correspondence records
• Coordinate the sending and receiving of documents, parcels, and equipment
• Provide administrative support to employees and office visitors
• Prepare meeting rooms and arrange access for guests and visitors
• Support onboarding processes for new employees
• Maintain records of office supplies, lockers, library resources, and branded merchandise
• Process and respond to internal employee requests
• Ensure a comfortable and efficient office environment and support smooth day-to-day office operations

Requirements

• Higher education degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian and English (B1+/B2 level)
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) and office equipment
• Good understanding of document management, business etiquette, and formal correspondence
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively
