У зв'язку з розвитком напрямку Energy ми шукаємо Категорійного менеджера, який відповідатиме за розвиток категорії генераторів та систем накопичення енергії, формування продуктової стратегії та забезпечення стабільного комерційного зростання.

Основні задачі:

• Формування та розвиток асортименту категорії Energy (генератори, системи накопичення енергії та суміжні продукти)
• Управління життєвим циклом продуктів: починаючи з ідеї та запуску до оптимізації або виведення з асортименту
• Аналіз продажів та ефективності категорії (sell-in, sell-out, прибутковість, оборотність)
• Проведення ринкової аналітики, ABC/XYZ-аналізу та підготовка управлінської звітності
• Аналіз тенденцій ринку, сезонності та прогнозування попиту
• Управління ціноутворенням, промоактивностями та маржинальністю категорії
• Моніторинг конкурентів та пошук нових можливостей для розвитку продуктового портфеля
• Формування вимог до нових продуктів, участь у розробці функціоналу, комплектації та пакування
• Підготовка продуктових презентацій і навчальних матеріалів для команди продажів
• Тісна взаємодія з командами продажів, маркетингу, логістики, сервісу та закупівель
  
  

Наші очікування:

• Від 3 років досвіду на посаді Категорійного, Продуктового менеджера або в суміжній ролі в компаніях, що працюють із технічним обладнанням
• Практичний досвід управління продуктовими категоріями та досягнення комерційних показників
• Сильні аналітичні навички та досвід роботи з прогнозуванням попиту, асортиментною матрицею і ціноутворенням
• Розуміння ринку енергетичного обладнання буде перевагою
• Впевнені навички переговорів, презентацій та роботи з внутрішніми і зовнішніми стейкхолдерами
• Проактивність, системність мислення та вміння досягати результату
• Англійська мова на рівні Upper-Intermediate (B2) або вище.

Category Manager (Energy)

Könner & Söhnen, a German manufacturer of generators, portable power stations, garden equipment, and automotive components, is present in over 20 countries. We are a fast-growing company, twice recognized in the Forbes Diamonds rating (2023, 2025). We are scaling our international presence and looking for a strong player to help us open new markets, build partner networks, and develop export sales.

In connection with the development of the Energy direction, we are looking for a Category Manager who will be responsible for the development of the generators and energy storage systems category, forming the product strategy, and ensuring stable commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Formation and development of the Energy category assortment (generators, energy storage systems, and related products)
• Product lifecycle management: from concept and launch to optimization or phase-out
• Analysis of sales and category performance (sell-in, sell-out, profitability, turnover)
• Conducting market analytics, ABC/XYZ analysis, and preparing management reports
• Analyzing market trends, seasonality, and demand forecasting
• Managing pricing, promotional activities, and category margins
• Monitoring competitors and searching for new opportunities to develop the product portfolio
• Formulating requirements for new products, participating in the development of functionality, configuration, and packaging
• Preparing product presentations and training materials for the sales team
• Close cooperation with sales, marketing, logistics, service, and procurement teams
  
  

Our Expectations

• 3+ years of experience as a Category Manager, Product Manager, or a related role in companies working with technical equipment
• Practical experience in product category management and achieving commercial metrics
• Strong analytical skills and experience with demand forecasting, assortment matrix, and pricing
• Understanding of the energy equipment market will be an advantage
• Confident negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Proactivity, systematic thinking, and the ability to achieve results
• English language at an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
