Salesforce Implementer (Business Applications)

We're looking for a hands-on Salesforce Implementer to join company Business Applications team. Solutions are already defined — this is a build-only role: you'll implement, configure, and automate business processes in Salesforce and supporting tools, and provide day-to-day operational support to users. You'll work as an individual contributor on a team of five implementers.

What You'll Do:

• Implement and configure already-defined solutions in Salesforce: objects, fields, layouts, profiles, permissions, and declarative automation (Flows, validation rules)
• Build and maintain automations between business applications
• Support users on day-to-day tasks, including data fixes and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with the in-house team on requirements that are already defined, keeping stakeholders informed on progress
• Ensure best practices in database management and data quality
• Support Sales tools and business applications globally
