About The Project

We have a substantial portfolio of prioritized Dynamics 365 F&O enhancements focused on improving system performance, optimizing business processes, and supporting new operational requirements across the organization.

As a Dynamics 365 F&O Developer, you'll play a key role in designing and delivering solutions that create measurable business value across Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Supply Chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining custom solutions within Dynamics 365 F&O
• Working with X++, extensions, integrations, and business processes
• Analyzing existing functionality and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Creating high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code
• Performing testing and defect resolution
• Collaborating with Business Analysts, System Designers, and end users
• Participating in backlog refinement, planning, and solution reviews
  
  

Your Role

As a Dynamics 365 F&O Developer, You’ll

• Research and understand existing Dynamics 365 F&O functionality and business processes
• Collaborate with System Designers to clarify requirements and solution specifications
• Design, develop, and implement customizations and enhancements
• Troubleshoot business-critical issues affecting financial and operational processes
• Test and validate solutions before deployment
• Support handoff and rollout activities with Business Analysis teams
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools where appropriate to improve productivity and solution quality
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience developing solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Strong knowledge of X++ and F&O customization frameworks
• Experience working with ERP business processes and enterprise applications
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills in English
  
  


Will be a plus

• Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) experience
• Manufacturing, Finance, Inventory, or Supply Chain domain expertise
• Experience with Power Platform, Azure integrations, or reporting solutions
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
• Experience supporting ERP optimization, stabilization, or transformation initiatives
