About The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end marketing strategy and execution for SoftServe University’s Commercial learning solutions serving external clients (B2B/B2C), internal associates as learners, and SoftServe enterprise clients as a value‑added service. The role leads a marketing team, orchestrates external vendors/third parties, and partners cross‑functionally to achieve growth strong market positioning, and profitability goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end marketing strategy and execution for SoftServe University’s Commercial learning solutions serving external clients (B2B/B2C), internal associates as learners, and SoftServe enterprise clients as a value‑added service. The role leads a marketing team, orchestrates external vendors/third parties, and partners cross‑functionally to achieve growth strong market positioning, and profitability goals.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and annual marketing plan for SoftServe University Commercial, positioning it competitively within the external education and EdTech market.
- Evolve the communication strategy and channel mix across owned, paid, and earned media
- Ensure consistent, customer-centric messaging across digital platforms, campaigns, content formats, and learner touchpoints, aligned with positioning and go-to-market priorities
- Lead a high-performing marketing team (2–5 marketers), setting clear priorities, roles, and KPIs
- Define and lead the performance marketing direction to drive qualified demand, enrollments, and revenue impact
- Oversee creation of videos, animations, audio/podcasts, and interactive learning assets, manage collaboration with internal studios and external production vendors
- Measure marketing performance (reach, MQL, enrollments)
- Align with Sales, Product Owners, L&D, HR Marketing to ensure strong market positioning, clear audience focus, and alignment with commercial priorities
- Source, brief, and manage agencies/freelancers, negotiate scope, SLAs, and ensure quality and on‑time delivery
- Establish marketing OKRs, workflows, calendars, and content governance, drive consistency and best practices
- Ensure marketing and learner data handling meets privacy and data protection requirements (e.g., GDPR), coordinate with InfoSec/IMS where needed
- 5+ years of marketing experience with 2+ years leading a team
- Academic background with a BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Extensive experience with B2B and B2C demand generation success, ideally in EdTech/IT
- Strong project leadership and vendor management across content production and media
- Hands‑on expertise with digital channels, content marketing, and analytics
- Strong understanding of regional challenges and priorities
- Strong proficiency with marketing automation and CRM (e.g., HubSpot)
- Solid knowledge of Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio)
- Hands-on experience in Content production tools and collaboration platforms
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven decision-making mindset
- People leadership, coaching, and team collaboration skills
- Comfortable working proficiency in English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher in a global professional environment
