E-Commerce Manager

Dimax International is the exclusive importer of the Könner & Söhnen brand, specializing in power generators, gardening equipment, and automotive products. We have already earned the trust of customers across Ukraine and Europe and continue to scale our operations.

We are looking for a E-commerce Manager to lead the digital expansion of our three brands within the USA, UK, and European markets. We need a leader who is fluent in the language of P&L and Amazon algorithms, capable of transforming 50+ disparate sales channels into a single, profitable "symphony".

Your Mission: Transform Complexity into Excellence

Your role is a blend of management artistry and the precise science of automation. In this position, you will:

• Strategic Management & P&L: Take full responsibility for the financial results of the E-commerce division.
• Conquer Global Platforms: Deep dive into Amazon ecosystems (Vendor/Seller), optimize listings, manage ad campaigns, master ranking algorithms, and scale D2C via Shopify.
• Planning & Strategy: Plan, budget, and implement online sales strategies for 3 brands with a focus on revenue growth and margin optimization.
• Channel Administration: Control and develop 50+ sales channels across the USA, UK, and Europe.
• Process Automation: Lead projects to automate IT infrastructure and e-commerce business processes.
• Systems Integration: Administer the seamless integration of marketplaces and D2C platforms with internal systems (ERP/WMS) and external analytical tools.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Maintain close cooperation with Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Marketing.
• Forecasting & Inventory: Manage demand forecasting, product matrix planning (inventory/assortment), and control inventory turnover in regional hubs.
• Team Leadership: Build a transparent department structure, hire top talent, and implement inspiring KPIs.
• Partnerships: Negotiate and build long-term relationships with key international partners, contractors, and distributors.
  
  

You Are Our Candidate If

• You have 3+ years of relevant experience in leadership roles (Head of E-Commerce, E-Commerce Manager) within international business.
• You have proven experience in P&L management and a practical understanding of Amazon and Shopify ecosystems, including their architecture and marketing tools.
• Advanced/Fluent English is essential, as you will communicate internationally on a daily basis.
• You have practical experience in inventory planning and understand Amazon FBA logistics principles.
• You have a proven track record of working with multi-brand portfolios and understand the specifics of the North American, UK, and European markets.
• You possess strong leadership qualities, systemic thinking, and the ability to design efficient business processes.
