Service Delivery and Supply Manager

Role Overview

As a Service Delivery and Supply Manager you will support day-to-day service delivery operations, logistics coordination, and basic procurement activities. You will focus on standardized operational tasks, helping ensure smooth customer deliveries, efficient internal coordination, and timely handling of shipments and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full customer delivery process, from ticket handling to internal coordination and customer communication.
• Coordinate larger cross team projects involving Engineering, Sales, Finance, Network, and other departments.
• Maintain and improve delivery procedures, documentation, KPIs, and reporting.
• Manage vendor relationships across the company - from selection and onboarding to performance and escalations.
• Drive cost follow up and lead renegotiations of supplier agreements to optimize terms.
• Oversee logistics, shipments, and hardware inventory tied to infrastructure and service delivery.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivery coordination, project management, procurement, or vendor management.
• Previous experience in the hosting industry and a good understanding of technical infrastructure (e.g., data centers, networking, hardware).
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Comfortable managing complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, tech-oriented environment.
• Skilled in cost control and contract negotiation.
