We're looking for a Customer Success Manager who will own customer outcomes from onboarding through retention. You'll build campaigns inside AiSDR while the customer watches, fix deliverability and targeting, and walk into cancel-intent conversations with more facts than the customer has.

About You
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or another operational customer-facing role
- You're comfortable owning outcomes, not just relationships
- You know how to investigate problems using data before proposing solutions
- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience with B2B SaaS is preferred
- Bonus if you've worked with outbound sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Reply.io, Lemlist, Outreach, Salesloft, Snov.io, or similar
- You understand outbound fundamentals: targeting, deliverability, mailboxes, domains, and campaign performance
- You move fast, communicate clearly, and stay calm when customers are under pressure
- Own a portfolio of 35–45 customer accounts across onboarding, adoption, and renewal
- Help every new customer launch their first outbound campaign and reach their first booked meetings as quickly as possible
- Build and optimize campaigns live together with customers inside AiSDR
- Troubleshoot targeting, deliverability, integrations, and campaign performance
- Respond to customers across email, chat, and Slack with fast, evidence-based recommendations
- Lead retention efforts for at-risk accounts by identifying root causes and presenting actionable recovery plans
- Keep customer health up to date and proactively drive accounts back to healthy status
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to resolve customer issues and improve the product
- Own metrics that directly impact retention and revenue
- Work alongside experienced Customer Success leaders in a highly operational team
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering
