Ми шукаємо SMM спеціаліста, який буде розвивати наші соціальні мережі та робити бренд ще помітнішим для аудиторії в Україні та за кордоном. Чим ти будеш займатися:

• Планувати та створювати контент для Instagram та Facebook на різних ринках: Україна, Польща, Румунія, Франція, Німеччина, Іспанія та англомовний акаунт.
• Писати тексти для постів і перекладати їх інші мови (інструментами забезпечимо).
• Готувати ТЗ для дизайнерів та координувати створення макетів і обкладинок для кожної публікації.
• Замовляти продукцію для контенту та організовувати зйомки 360 наших нових товарів.
• Створювати та публікувати 2-3 Stories щодня для всіх акаунтів.
• Дублювати статичний контент у Google Maps.
• Замовляти товар і організовувати його доставку.
• Працювати із режисером монтажу по підготовці кадрів для монтажу.
• Аналізувати результати, коригувати контент-план і готувати щомісячні звіти.
• За потреби підхоплювати контент-задачі команди, щоб підтримати безперервність процесу.
  
  

Що для нас важливо:

• Маєш від 1 року досвіду в SMM, контент-маркетингу або digital-маркетингу.
• Слідкуєш за трендами, добре розумієш, як працюють Instagram і Facebook та як залучати аудиторію.
• Працюєш зі статистикою, завжди аналізуєш результати контенту та вдосконалюєш наступні пости.
• Можеш самостійно організувати весь процес створення контенту — починаючи з ідеї і до фінальної публікації.
• Вмієш працювати із дизайнерами, фотографами, відеографами або монтажерами та володієш англійською від B1.
• Буде перевагою твій досвід з технічними товарами, в e-commerce або міжнародними проєктами.
• Цінуємо відповідальне ставлення до роботи, уважність, вміння тримати під контролем декілька задач одночасно і доводити справи до кінця.

We are looking for an SMM Specialist to develop our social media networks and make our brand even more visible to audiences in Ukraine and abroad. What You Will Do

• Plan and create content for Instagram and Facebook across various markets: Ukraine, Poland, Romania, France, Germany, Spain, and an English-language account.
• Write captions for posts and translate them into other languages (tools will be provided).
• Prepare technical specifications (TS) for designers and coordinate the creation of layouts and covers for each publication.
• Order products for content creation and organize 360-degree shoots for our new items.
• Create and publish 2–3 Stories daily for all accounts.
• Duplicate static content to Google Maps.
• Order products and organize their delivery.
• Work with a video editor to prepare footage for editing.
• Analyze results, adjust the content plan, and prepare monthly reports.
• Support team content tasks when necessary to ensure process continuity.
  
  

What Is Important To Us

• Have 1+ years of experience in SMM, content marketing, or digital marketing.
• Follow trends, have a strong understanding of how Instagram and Facebook work, and know how to engage the audience.
• Work with statistics, always analyze content performance, and improve subsequent posts.
• Can independently organize the entire content creation process, from the initial idea to the final publication.
• Know how to collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, or editors.
• Possess English language proficiency at a B1 level or higher.
• Experience with technical products, in e-commerce, or with international projects will be an advantage.
• We value a responsible attitude toward work, attentiveness, the ability to keep multiple tasks under control simultaneously, and seeing things through to completion.

• Salary: 40,000 UAH – 45,000 UAH (negotiable).
• Work Format: Full-time, official employment.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00 to 17:30.
• Location: Comfortable office and studio for work in Kyiv (Troieshchyna district).
