Training and Development Specialist

We’re excited to offer an opportunity for Training and Development Specialist to join our T&L HUB .

With you we will:

• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring partner expectations are met or exceeded through high-quality, service-oriented delivery;
• Plan, prioritize, and organize training activities in line with the Yearly Training Plan and consolidated learning needs; manage sessions and events in iLearn;
• Administer training programs in the Grow system, including creation and maintenance of learning objects (events, sessions, online courses, videos, materials, tests), participant registration, and mass uploads;
• Prepare and analyze reports on training attendance, effectiveness, and operational efficiency; share insights with Function/Business/NIM L&D SPOCs and support business review discussions;
• Lead Weekly Operational Review meetings with Function/Business/Market SPOCs in line with the established agenda;
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the T&L Hub, with a strong focus on customer value.
  
  

Key requirements:

• A professional with exceptional communication, coordination and organizational skills;
• A fast-learner with result-focused mindset;
• Highly attentive to details;
• Able to develop and foster strong and effective relationships with stakeholders through networking;
• A specialist with university degree (in the field of Management, Business Administration, International Relations or equivalent); 
• Able to work under time pressure in a changing environment;
• Experienced user of MS Office (MS Teams, MS Excel, MS Power Point);
• Confident in English and Spanish on at least Upper-Intermediate level (both written and verbal);  
• Experience in the Learning & Development field would be a plus
