About The Role
In this role, you will take ownership of corporate financial and regulatory reporting activities within SoftServe’s Corporate Reporting Department. You will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting across international markets while supporting transparency, informed decision-making, and continuous process improvement in a global environment

In this role, you will take ownership of corporate financial and regulatory reporting activities within SoftServe’s Corporate Reporting Department. You will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting across international markets while supporting transparency, informed decision-making, and continuous process improvement in a global environment
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end financial and regulatory reporting activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely monthly closings while supporting organizational integrity
- Own the preparation and posting of journal entries, document flow management, and execution of defined checks and controls to reduce reporting risks and improve data quality
- Collaborate closely with international stakeholders, auditors, and external partners to support reporting requirements and resolve accounting or tax-related matters
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP, ensuring consistency and regulatory compliance across markets
- Handle tax-related topics, including preparation and management of tax returns and related documentation
- Audit financial processes and controls, identifying gaps and driving improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Participate in regulatory updates, field requirements, and cross-functional initiatives aimed at continuous improvement of reporting processes
- Contribute to internal initiatives and improvement programs that strengthen reporting quality, governance, and operational excellence
- At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting or auditing
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, international financial reporting standards, and local GAAP
- Hands-on experience with financial closing processes, journal entries, financial statements, and tax reporting
- Practical exposure to auditing financial processes and internal controls
- Experience working with international markets and multicultural environments
- Ability to communicate effectively in English daily with international stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet strict monthly deadlines
- Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate, and transparent work
